Bio

Maddie Karr was a Masters Researcher with AIDD labs and a student intern at the U.S. Geological Survey’s Geologic Hazards Science Center. She worked on understanding and summarizing user needs for equity-centered disaster impact information through user-centered design techniques. During her time at AIDD Labs, Maddie was also a Masters Student studying environmental engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder and graduated in 2023.
